Requirements:
1 Love of education, good personality, professionalism, innovation, teamwork spirit, international academic vision, and ideas of guiding the development of the disciplines.
2 Working experience of higher education or research institution management or familiarity with university teaching, research and management, strong organization and coordination skills and decision making capability.
3 High academic attainments and a certain influence in related fields.
4 PhD degree from the World top 200 institutions, and officially hired as associate professor and above by foreign renowned universities, research institutes and laboratories.
5 Must be able to serve the University as full time employee with minimum 3 years.
Compensation:
1 Academicians of Chinese Academy of Sciences and Chinese Academy of Engineering or foreignacademicians (Academy member) of leading academic institutions abroad, minimum annual salary of 1.2 million Yuan.
2 “Thousand people plan” talent, “Yangtze River Scholar Bonus Schemes” Professor, National Outstanding Youth Fund winners and above, tenured professor of renowned overseas universities, minimum annual salary of 800,000 Yuan.
3 Major project leader of national 863 or 973 programs, PhD graduated from the World top 200 institutions, and officially hired as associate professor and above by foreign renowned universities, research institutes and laboratories, annual salary of 300,000—600,000 Yuan.
4 Others enjoy the similar compensation of university counterparts.
5 Laboratory, research start-up funds, housing, spouse’s employment are negotiable.
